Happy in the sense i got to meet my secondary schoolmates after graduated so many years.
Sad as this farewell party was organized for 1 of the secondary schoolmates who is going to further his studies in the States.
Rishee Reanimated at BluJaz cafe, Bali Lane.
That night reached Blu Jaz cafe around 730pm, but was damn early only a handful of guests had arrived. Met Audrey and was informed the star Rishee would arrived later still unaware of the situation LOL ! Soon my best friend Bok Wee arrived. It had been quite a long while since I last met him. Still studying in NTU he showed me pictures where he went to Korea and Thailand for church missions during the holidays. Some were organized by NTU while others by his church. It was rather meaningful, being able to travel and also at the same time helping the unprivileged.
There were some finger food prepared, Chicken Wings, Nachos, Fried Wantons, Pizzas and Chocolate Fondue. You can dip with strawberries, kiwis or marshmallows. This was my first time trying Chocolate Fondue, dipped the stick of kiwi and found the chocolate to be very thick and sweet.
Around 830pm the guests started arriving. Most of them are Rishee's JC classmates. Met a few of my ex classmates. The girls Sabrina, Li Yi, Vimita and Samantha still as gorgeous as ever. Erik the 1.9m dutch guy was having his study break where he flown from UK to attend the party. Soon the MC requested all the guests to retutn to their seats and give Rishee a warm surprise whereby he would be reaching in 10mins time.
Everyone kept very quiet, waiting for the star tonight to arrive. Even his parents were present without him knowing.
Soon he arrived and everyone cheered on, applauding and shaking hands with him. He was surprised and stunned that all his friends were present and never expect himself to be the star of the event. Followed by his arrival and heart felt comments, were a series of band performance by his band. Later there was a small dance segment with Audrey initiated by the crowd.
Around 11pm the party ended with the friends taking the oppotunities to take photo with the star. After that Marcus, Timothy, Bok Wee and I went for supper. Timothy brought us to a HK cafe located at River Valley.

My order Cheese baked rice with Chicken Wings. Die die must try, never eaten a baked rice with so much sticky cheese. Very nice taste.
